By ticking the consent box in the enquiry form on mark-42.co, I freely, specifically, knowingly and unambiguously give my consent to Rodion Shchebentovskiy, a private individual, citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, trading as Mark-42 Studio (the "Operator"), to process my personal data on the following terms.
Email address; description of the request; name, company, team size, timeline and budget if provided; the page and campaign tags (utm_*, gclid, yclid) of the visit; Google Analytics client identifier if analytics was allowed.
Answering my enquiry, preparing a proposal and concluding a contract; understanding which channel the enquiry came from.
Collection, recording, organisation, storage, clarification, use, transfer (provision, access) to the processors listed below, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation.
I agree that my data may be processed by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, hosting), Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, network protection and bot check) and Google LLC (USA, email and — if I allow it — analytics), including cross-border transfer to these countries.
The consent is valid for 3 years from the date it is given. I can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@mark-42.co; the Operator then stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.
