Where does my data go?
Your data stays in US/EU cloud infrastructure. We do not sell it or share it for advertising. Only your business, the clients you invite, and authorized support can access your files. Support may view uploads to prepare your pages. Our service providers process data to run the service.
Are electronic signatures valid?
ESIGN and state UETA laws generally recognize electronic signatures when the parties agree to transact electronically and applicable requirements are met. On the pilot pages under karandash.mark-42.co/s/, signing with an email code stores the signer name, email, time, and a SHA-256 fingerprint identifying the document version. Some documents require other formalities. Check the requirements for your project.
Do you collect my clients' payments?
No. We never handle your clients' payments. They pay you directly using your own payment instructions. Paddle only processes your Karandash subscription.
